It is not practical to say that one can live stress free life because every job brings its own level of stress. Working for somebody brings many reasons for stress like meeting the given deadlines, workload, less payback of work done, spending all waking hours in office or workplace etc. Top of this the overall business conditions, economic conditions, political disturbance, are the things which bring uncertainty in your life and then you are unable to respond appropriately because of job stress burnout and lose interest in the matters which need your concentration and focus. Specifically from your job aspect, critical incident stress management is an integral part if you want to stay up to the challenges of the modern day economic situation.

Stress Management Relaxation Techniques:

Many large multinational companies do offer entertainment for relieving job stress like floors with snooker tables, badminton court, TV, energy drinks, punching bags and don’t know what else they have to offer just to make you stay in office for long working and taking most out of you. These things may work to increase your energy level for the time being but soon you will be the victim of bipolar disorder stress and feel anxiety and panic at their highest level.

Bipolar Disorder Stress:

In bipolar disorder person feels a highest level of energy increased resembling to craziness or manic like shopping excessively, muffled fast speech etc. and in other instances person feels really down, sad, alone, depressed etc. If you’re experiencing these symptoms and your life frequency cycle is going between extreme sadness and intense energetic craziness, you’re basically under bipolar disorder stress. But taking things under control can settle things all good. Remember, there is a difference between energetic craziness and excitement, to feel excited about things some times in your life is totally a normal act of humanity.    

The more realistic approach will be to manage your job stress by reducing risks and anxiety through relaxation techniques. There are many you must have known like therapies, meditations, exercising etc. but the thing which really will help you in reducing job stress is to enjoy your work, take those deadlines as adventurous tasks, don’t burnout in situations rather take them as a unsolved riddles, just play around and it will be all fun and you’ll feel more relieved.

Job stress burnout is a very common thing in people like nurses, lawyers, bankers etc, because of continuous working for long hours they lose interest in their job and get burnout.

This is important to keep interest in your job, although you feel bad about that dying patient especially in nurses’, doctors’ and lawyers’ cases. Unpredictable conditions in these cases, talking to people and listening music remains helpful. Do not feel bad about things which are not in your control because you are not the authority. Acceptance is important in living life smoothly and without stress especially during recession.
