Now you may already have the idea of how it feels to grab balls and squeeze them, surely talking of ‘The Stress relief Balls’. But you get the idea why they are so popular and really release stress out of one squeezing them.

Because of the round shape of stress relieve ball, yes shapes does matter a lot, you have a full grip on a thing and you squeeze it so basically you are transferring all your stress into it and in turn you will feel ease instantly. Though in other hand if you hold a square or stick you will fell emptiness and lose connection. Same goes with chewing a gum when you chew it fills all the groves of your teeth and jaws and all the stress gets transferred in it. This is a phenomenon you might have experienced when one is suffering from anger you can see them in the act of gnashing that they squeeze their fists. That’s why always hand them a stress relief ball next time you see someone in anger or better  keep one with you to avoid getting stressed out yourself, it really works better than many stress relief medications and drugs and is a great stress relief therapy.
