Stress symptoms can easily be checked in an individual for instance, having blood pressure problems, loss of interest in one’s job etc. Since the interest of doing things is no more there, it will be difficult to force one self into do meditation stress relief or stress relief breathing which requires one’s focus. The best therapy would be where minimum efforts are required like music therapy for stress relief. Remember that only soothing and rhythmic sound is what works in this not the harsh inconsistent music.

Music Therapy for Stress Relief

I have read somewhere that music is the language everybody knows, and I think indeed it is. The person’s mood thoughts behavior and your whole persona could be changed in a glimpse; all you need to do is just press a button of your stereo system, MP3 player or cell phone etc.

Music plays really vital role in our lives; rather it’s the rhythm which synchronizes with our inner rhythm of heart beats and breathing resulting in relaxation from our stress. It works more like stress relief meditation therapy when you push the button and start to sing with it or move your body with it, your focus actually gets you into a meditation state.

Music is very important, sometimes even without having our direct attention it plays a very important role like you can’t imagine a movie without background music; without background music movie will give you the impression as something is missing in it. Music enhances the importance of the scenes and creates anxiety or calmness as per scene requirement which gets you involved into the movie and you feel as you are going through that situation. That’s the impact of sound effects and music on you.

There are different types of music and stress relief sounds people use as music therapy because it is one of the most effective stress management relaxation techniques.
Sound like falling water, ocean, sea shore, birds, wind chimes etc, are soothing, relaxing and even help you through sleep stress relief. You can walk listing to your favorite music playing on your MP3 player. Breath fresh air inhale exhale as breathing helps stress relief and gets your body harmonize with the rhythm you are listing to. That is why I will not suggest you those distorted notes music with inconsistent beats and changing notes. You need to feel the music, imagine it and create your own story with it.

Harmonized music and vocals are always good and will never disturb you from thinking and listing. Music is a great healer from ages; I know there is school of thought of people saying music is a fake thing which creates illusions and not the reality; my answer to them is that music is the part of our universe because nature has rhythm in everything by default. Through music other side of us uses it for our goodness, feelings, emotions and rational thinking.

Music does a holistic stress relief; it’s a whole science interconnected with universe. It has octaves, notes, scales, synthesized vocals, harmony, rhythm, dialect, visualization and imagination; these all are interrelated and count much in over all development of positivity in our universe.

Musical instruments do play an important role but it’s not necessary that all musical instruments are able to produce a rhythmic sound. The most important entity is rhythm in stress relief music therapy that can also be achieved through human voice in harmonizes manner.
